How about a sandwich with fresh smoked salmon?
20 slices of item no. 126
500 g baby spinach or lamb's lettuce
1,000 g smoked salmon
10 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
300 g sprouts
200 g butter
TIP: Refine the sandwich with horseradish or Dijon mustard to taste.
1 Spread butter on each slice of bread.
2. Then top half with spinach, salmon and egg. Garnish with cress.
3. Then place the second slice of bread on top with the butter facing downwards.
