10 FF-OMG burgers, sliced, item 1324
1.3 kg beef, chopped
250 g lettuce
2 red onions
5 tomatoes
50 g sour cream
50 g sweet mustard, coarse-grained
Lemon juice
1 pickled gherkin
10 slices of cheddar
Oil
Salt and pepper
Defrost the OMG burger buns for 75-90 minutes at room temperature. Alternatively: Preheat the oven to 230 °C and bake at 190 °C for 2-5 minutes with a little steam.
Wash and chop the lettuce. Peel the onions and cut into rings. Wash and slice the tomatoes.
Mix the sour cream, mustard and a little lemon juice. Finely chop the gherkin and fold in. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Form 10 patties. Pour a little oil into a pan and fry the patties on both sides over a medium heat for approx. 8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper as required.
Place the cheddar on the patties.
Spread some sauce on the bottom bun halves and top with lettuce, onions, tomatoes and patties. Spread a little sauce on top and put the bun lid on.
Fry the cut halves of the buns briefly in a pan. The buns remain crispy and the sauce can develop its full flavour.
