10 brioche burgers, item 2357
10 turkey steaks, approx. 200 g each
5 avocados
300 g coleslaw
Barbecue sauce
Salt & pepper
Defrost the brioche burger buns for 75-90 minutes at room temperature. Alternatively: Preheat the oven to 230 °C. Bake at 190 °C for 2-5 minutes with a little steam.
Season the turkey steaks with salt and pepper and grill for 2-3 minutes on both sides or pan- sear.
Slice the avocados.
Spread the coleslaw on the bottom halves of the burger buns and place the turkey steaks on top. Pour over the barbecue sauce and top with the avocados.
Place the bun lid on top.
For a particularly crispy and aromatic flavour experience, briefly toast the cut surfaces of the burger buns.
