Asparagus burger

Ingredients for 10 burgers:

10 Gourmet Burger, item no. 1600
1,250 g minced beef
750 g green asparagus
250 g strawberries
10 slices of young Gouda cheese
½ head of lettuce
250 g yoghurt
250 g low-fat quark
1 bunch of garden herbs
salt 

Preparation:

1. Preheat the oven and bake the burger buns at 180 °C for approx. 5-8 minutes.

2. Season the minced beef with salt and pepper, divide into 10 equal portions and shape each into a round patty. Then fry the burger patties in a pan with a little oil for about 8 minutes on each side.

3. Next, finely chop the herbs and mix with the yoghurt and quark to make a cream. Season to taste with salt and pepper and chill.

4. Then clean the asparagus and cut into pieces about 5 cm long. Then fry the spears in a little oil on all sides. Wash and slice the strawberries.

5. Finally, spread some of the herb cream on the bottom bun. Then add the salad, patty, asparagus and strawberries. Put the lid on and serve.
