Product returns for frozen baked goods:

Returns will not be accepted unless agreed in advance and with our consent.

Product returns for articles from the service world:

We generally grant a right of return on all items within 14 days of receipt of the goods. In the event that you do not wish to keep a received item, please inform us in writing or by telephone.

However, a return is only possible if the goods are received by us without evidence of use, in their original packaging and within a reasonable period of time.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns and complaints that are due to incorrect operation, lack of care or maintenance.

The following items are not eligible for return:

• all items that are no longer usable/saleable due to their condition
• customised products
• foodstuffs
• packaging and disposable products that come into direct contact with food
• appliances
• all products for which special prices have been granted
