OMG burger grilled vegetables & chicken

Ingredients for 10 burgers:

10 OMG burger buns, sliced, item 1324
10 chicken steaks, approx. 120 g each
2 aubergines
2 courgettes
3 red peppers
4 red onions
10 lollo bionda leaves
Oil
Salt and pepper

Preparation method:

Defrost the OMG burger buns for 75-90 minutes at room temperature. Alternatively: Preheat the oven to 230 °C and bake at 190 °C for 2-5 minutes with a little steam.
Briefly toast the top and bottom halves on the grill.

Marinate the chicken steaks as desired and cook on the grill at approx. 200 °C for 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally. Wash and slice the vegetables.
Toss the vegetable slices in a little oil, season with salt and pepper and grill on both sides.

Peel the onions and cut into rings. Wash the lettuce leaves.
Top the bottom bun halves with lollo bionda, grilled vegetables, chicken steaks and onion rings. Put the lid on and you've got the perfect grilled burger!

Tip:

For a particularly appealing look, cut the vegetables lengthways into thin slices.
