10 ready-baked OMG burgers, sliced, item no. 1324
1.5 kg minced beef
150 g mayonnaise
2 tbsp tomato puree
200 g lettuce
600 g mozzarella, diced
200 g pickled chilli peppers
salt and pepper
Defrost the burger buns at room temperature for approx. 80 minutes and toast the cut surfaces in a pan.
Form 10 patties from the mince and fry.
Mix the mayonnaise with the tomato puree and season with salt and pepper.
Arrange the lettuce, mozzarella, patties and peppers on the bottom halves of the burger buns. Drizzle over the sauce and place the upper halves of the buns on top.
The Mediterranean burgers go particularly well with crispy sweet potatoes.
