10 slices of ham
10 slices of Cheddar or Gouda
10 eggs
Approx. 40 rocket leaves
Oil (for frying the ham)
Butter (for frying the eggs)
Salt, pepper
Defrost pretzel triangles for 30-40 minutes at room temperature and heat at 100 °C for approx. 8 minutes.
Fry the ham in a pan with a little oil over a medium heat for 2-3 minutes until crispy. Fry the eggs in a little butter for fried eggs.
Wash the rocket and pat dry.
Place a slice of ham, cheese and a fried egg on the bottom half of each pretzel triangle. Top with rocket leaves, cover and serve hot.
Wedges and a mixed salad round off the dish perfectly.
