10 ready-baked sliced brioche sandwiches, item 1842
1 kg pulled turkey
20 lollo bianco leaves
400 g pears
350 g cheddar cheese sauce
20 slices Emmental cheese
Leave the brioche sandwiches to defrost at room temperature for 75-90 minutes. Alternatively: Preheat the oven to 230 °C and bake at 190 °C for 2-5 minutes at a low heat.
Wash the lettuce and cut the pears into segments. Heat the cheese sauce and turkey strips.
Toast the cut sides of the sandwiches on the grill and spread with the cheese sauce.
Top the bottom half of the sandwich with lettuce leaves, turkey, Emmental cheese and pear slices.
Place the lid on top and serve.
A little coarse salt and freshly ground pepper give the sandwiches that distinctive flavour.
