Ideal for your finger food buffet or as dessert compositions. Be it the traditional version with whipped cream or light whipped creams, lightly sweetened or with flavour enhancers such as alcohol (egg liqueur), pastes and aromas (cocoa, vanilla). There are no boundaries to your creativity.
